| [Note: This was posted at 12:58pm CDST, on 5/15/10.] REVERSE LOOPHOLE: LOCKE RESURRECTED, FINALE.... PUTTING THE GENIE BACK IN THE EVILVERSE BOTTLE, CORKING THE DARKSIDE ONCE AND FOR ALL  Two things we know for sure are that there are two distinctly different forms of WATER on the island: (1) clear healing 'lightside' water as once flowed in the Temple spring-fed pool; and (2) brown ALEful 'darkside' water infecting the heart, mind, and soul ala Sayid's zombified resurrection.... In Across the Sea we learned that the former is warm to the touch, and it is certainly reasonable to infer that the latter is cold to the touch.  In my 5/13/10 Light of Life Game posting I proposed that one reason the FDW is now so cold is that Smokey's been building up a pool/reservoir of 'darkside' fluid on the island, a DARK ENERGY-infused fuel powered by 'bad' souls trapped on the island over the two millennia (and more) that the LOL Game has been in play. Michael is one such soul who may be contributing to the Evil One's growing power source. Hence it is easy to understand why Smokey is so keen on Jacob bringing more people to the island, as when they 'Fall from Grace', to the darkside ala Lord Vader, when they die they 'cross over' into the island's darkside brown ALE reservoir, all helping Smokey to build up an ever-larger fuel supply in his bid for freedom and a spacetime trip back home to his Mirror Matter verse.... In multiple Season 6 postings I've hoped that Darlton and company will bring back the real John Locke we came to know and love/hate over the seasons, before he was murdered by Ben. I'm now wondering if Jack and the remaining  castaways will come to realize that they can pull a LIGHTSIDE RESURRECTION of Locke, mirror-twinning Sayid's darkside return to 'life', by immersing Locke's body in a concentrated source of clear, healing lightside water.... One possible location for his resurrection is the Temple pool, if its waters have now been restored to healing clarity. Another prime candidate is the Light Of Life (LOL) Cave, if they can find it.... Will Jacob's spirit guide Hurley and Co. to this cave? Once there, they could immerse Locke's body in the LOL waters and resurrect him back to life, as strongly implied by the trailer at the close of episode 6.15. This would actually be the first piece in a two-part REVERSE LOOPHOLE strategy aimed at out-Smokeying Smokey....! How might this be so? In addition to the Cave being the SOURCEstream of the Light of Life, when we saw MIB's body floating into the Cave and subsequently going 'down the hatch' into the ABYSS, we then saw SMOKEY released from this  Abyss, flowing like a magnetohydrodynamically-charged-plasma-ion-cloud-entity out of the cave, rushing past Jacob, crackling with plasmic energy.... In short, the Cave not only is the SOURCE of the LOL waters, it is also the prime location of the CORKNODE, i.e., this is where the 'cork' is located and is held in place by the LOL waters.... If the nature of the cork itself is not a solid, then the presence of the LOL waters themselves may be sufficient to serve as the functional equivalent of a 'cork', holding in the Evil Bottleverse of dark ALEful, bad soul-infused minions, down in the ABYSSal hole, with a literal GEHENNIC Lake of Fire at the bottom, from whence Smokey came, as MIB's body tumbled down that veritable Alice of a Rabbit Hole....  So the LOL Cave has at least two functions: (1) a SOURCE of the healing, life-restorative waters associated with the lightside, and (2) a CORK, with the LOL waters holding evil at bay, down the Abyssal hole, in the Lake of Fire HELL.... Given these functions, a REVERSE LOOPHOLE might be a very playable option for Jack and the remaining castaways to consider as a move toward a final resolution on a Through The Looking Glass chessboard, 'checkmating' Smokey and his Evil Bottleverse minions.... Here's how it could work.... If they brought Locke's body to the LOL Cave along with a restrained, literally chained Flocke, they could stuff Flocke's body down  the Abyssal hole right at the moment that the true John Locke's body is coming back to life, courtesy of the LOL Sourcestream healing powers. How would they keep Smokey restrained in Flocke form, for the trip to the Cave and subsequent stuffing down the Hellish rabbit hole? They could take a page from PREDATOR by smearing Flocke with a mud made from Jacob's Ash, whilst Flocke was sleeping.... then cover and bind him in a waterproof tarp, and bring him along for the ride in the Reverse Loophole. At the very moment John Locke's body shows signs of a lightside resurrection, this fact would USE SMOKEY'S/MIB's OWN RULES AGAINST HIM, as when the  true Locke returns, Smokey can no longer manifest corporeally as Flocke.... And as trueLocke resurrects, Jack and the others stuff the Flocke-package down the Abyssal Rabbit Hole, Reverse-Loopholing Smokey in the process, then they 'cap/cork' the hole with a rock, and divert some of the LOL Sourcestream flow so that it perennially washes over the 'cork', sealing the deal on Smokey and his Evil Bottleverse minions, forever.... Will we witness the one, true John Locke resurrected back to life, in The End? And will we see Smokey suffer a final losing blow in the Game, falling prey to a delicious mirror-twin inversion of his own rules of the Game, via some form of a Reverse Loophole....?
